Good material for NEET preparation:

NCERT prescribed textbooks - Building a good foundation for concepts.
Pradeeep’s for Physics and Chemistry & Dinesh for Biology - Developing application skills.
Any previous years question papers book with explanations - Towards the end of your preparation to develop time management skills.
