Hello
As you belong to sc category you have more priority in reservation as you get less marks also you can get seat In Nit .

so if you score 120+ you can can get in seat in Nit
Which you preferred 120 + is good score and you belong to ST category you have more reservation

For general, it would be around 250 for OS.
And 200+ for HS.
