see bachelor of technology course is a 4 years duration course. has wide job scope and there is various stream offered by b.tech course. you have to choose the stream as per your interest. now see computer science and Information technology is comes under core stream , and it is offered in most of the tier 1 university in india. artificial Intelligence and data science is new era technology , but the cse/IT is the mother trade, also while doing any stream engineering course you may do short term courses related with AI and data science. however some of the university like vellore institute of technology has cse course specialized with AI and data science. however I would prefer  cse/IT over AND DATA SCIENCE.
