as per my personal suggestion i would like to suggest you the PSU while those whill be NATIONAL companies called NAVARATHAN companies those have good value and comes under National so you will have lot more benifits rather a GOVT college Lectuer while in case of lecture is also good post see the better career oppurtunites,also go as per your interest
