there are quite a few jobs you could take after B.sc in Physics like oncologist or a lot of universities pay you while you study M.sc for being research assistants You could also take up job as junnior scientist in various research projects or universities depending on your skill and knowledge.

Else, you could always do masters in Physics, there a lot of options when it comes to masters.
