hi,

see it depends on your choice and interest for any particular position. if you are inclined and very much interest in the course you have studied in bachelors , also you like teaching and have further aspire to do masters or phd then assistant professor position is suitable for you. however HR or human resource managers are responsible for reviewing the candidates profile, shortlisting candidates, making interviews and joining procedure for different positions. however to further career growth and to get  job in an mnc you may go for mba or pgdm course in human resource. so the choice is yours , you need to think which role suits you the best.
