In order to make a career in teaching, you should start by getting a degree. Depending on whether you plan on teaching at school level or University level, you can choose to get your bachelor's, master's or a PhD in the field of your interest. You can opt for A number of fields related to biology such as zoology, botany, microbiology, human anatomy and much more.

After having decided on the field you wish to teach in, you need to get a degree in education. This would include either a B.ed or M.ed.

To take this course, you need to appear for an entrance examination. Various universities conduct their own entrance exams such as IPU-CET, BHU-UET, TUEE, IGNOU B.Ed etc.
