The admission in Vignan's Institute of information technology, Visakhapatnam in any B.tech course is based on merit in APEAMCET.So you need to appear for APEAMCET. Also there will be few B Category seats which will be filled on basis of merit in JEE main.So if you want a seat through counselling you need to appear for APEAMCET and JEE main.

Hello student student both marks are considered for admission if you want to take admission in any of the NIT's IITS or IIITS Then the eligibility criteria is you need to score at least 75% in class 12 and as you know that seats are very limited in every college admissions is directly based on rank obtained in jee main so admission is based on both of the marks.
