First of all IIMs gives a General Management degree. There is no specific specialization in any stream.

In IIMs during first year youbare taught subjects from all streams that help you to get a good idea and knowledge about all streams. It also helps you to figure out in which stream you find yourself most comfortable and want to build career. Then in complete second year you are given opportunity to select all subjects you want to study thay could be from any stream which you like. In this case students generally select the subjects in which they are more interested that makes it a bit informal major in a stream.

If you talk in placements perspective then Financial Management, Operations Management and Marketing Management are the ones which are in most demand in market. There are numerous of Jobs offered by companies which needs students who have a better knowledge in these streams.

Anyway you don't need to worry about streams now if you are going in any IIM because as I said earlier you will get a while year to figure out the best one for yourself.
