For Physics 

Don’t ever go for DC Pandey as it has a lot of mistakes.

Errorless is best. Also solve HC Verma objectives.

For chemistry :

Solve OP Tandon for physical chemistry.

VK Jaiswal for inorganic chemistry.

MS Chauahan for organic chemistry.

Also try mtg chemistry at your fingertips.

For Biology :

Either Dr. Ali or mtg objective biology on your fingertips (more better).

Solve NCERT exemplar too along with these.

Also try to solve aakash or allen modules.

At last chapterwise subjectwise question bank will also help. Take mtg one if you want.
