As far my analysis is concerned this year the cutoff is going to be 35-40marks higher than 2018.
Hence I don't think that you will be able to get a seat at all India quota (MBBS) but you can definitely try 85% state quota in Uttar Pradesh .
Also if you want a seat at all India level you can try BDS but surely not MBBS.
