Hey, there is only one NIT in uttar pradesh ie MNIT ( Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT) Allahabad,) and the last cutoff was for biotech last year which was around the rank of 18000. So you have a very marrow chance and that too you might be waitlisted. Even if you do get it you have to ask if stream change is allowed after 1st year.
