JEE MIANS is one of the most renowned entrance exam for getting admission in the engineering college. As you have scored 9 percentile in Jee Mains 2020, I can expect your rank around 43500-40000.

Generally, It is very difficult to get CS branch in any NITs or IIITs colleges. But as you prefer some north east campus then you sure get CS branch in those colleges like NIT Mizoram, NIT Nagaland, NIT Meghalaya.
