It depends upon your category. If you are from general category , you won't get any NIT in 135 to 142 marks. In case you are OBC, then you have to wait for the cutoff marks to get reveled.

It's a decent score. You will qualify definitely for JEE advanced with this score. But, whether you would get a seat or not that depends on where merit stands this year. I think, you would get a decent college.
You may also apply for colleges other than NITs.

It would be difficult to guess. Because the cutoff marks for jee changes every year and moreover it depends on various factors like the no. of students appeared for the exam, and the difficulty of the paper etc... It's difficult to tell straight away about you getting admission in IIT or NIT as factors like your caste and 12th scores are taken into consideration too.
You might get NITs for around 85%in pcm boards and if you are from obc, sc or sc category.
