You can get your desired branch computer science in any nits you want to as well as in any iiits with a st category rank of 400.
Might you have to wait till special round for nit trichy to get computer science but in nit warangal or suratkal you can get seats till 6th or 7th round .

I would suggest you to option for top 3 nits irrespective of any iiit .
