MSc. in Chemistry has more scope than MSc. in Botany. If you want to pursue your career in teaching and in research then go for botany.

In chemistry you have other scopes to work with food manufacturing industries, chemical industries, pharmaceutical industries, teaching and research.

Chemistry and botany both are different subjects. Botany is totally full of plants details. And chemistry full of chemicals, reaction details. So if you are interested in plant, agriculture then go for botany. If you are interested in chemical, reaction and want to practical on it then go for chemistry. It's totally your choice dear. Think and take the decision dear.
