Hello,
Both are actually two different fields and can not be compared like this.
Based on placement opportunities,  you can go for B.tech EE course as it has more placement opportunities than Bsc course.
But if you want to research something or gain knowledge in the field of physics then definitely you can go for Bsc course.
Rest depends on your interest!!
