I would go for ESIC Joka over Murshidabad Medical College. Both are relatively new, neither being newer than the other. However ESIC is in suburbs of Kolkata, which is an advantage in itself. ESIC may be a bit costlier with respect to tuition fees but ESIC is a central government institution of great reputation, as well as, it has a higher package for an internship than any other college, higher than Murshidabad at least. it is also a bit inconvenient for travelling back home during vacations (unless you live in near). So I would say you should go for ESI than MMC.
