Both these books are not so good to prepare for Chemistry NEET preparation. These books are not enough. If you want to score very good marks in the chemistry portion, then you must start with NCERT book. Read it thouroughlly for both the 11th and 12th class. Once you complete NCERT books, then move to some other good books. Some top books for chemistry are listed below.

Physical Chemistry by RC Mukhrjee

Chemistry by OP Tondon

And also, solve as much previous year papers as you can. This is the most important part to score good marks.
