The branches you mentioned are all surely very good and highly recommend as well as students persuade, had attained highly paid packages .

Although the most trending and most demanding branch in corporate field is CSE . Students of CSE Branch had attained a good 7-8 figure salary yearly. And the opportunities in job sectors are also very vast in this field.

CSE Specialization is also better but your job opportunities remains limited in that specialized field only.

But when it comes to one, you should always choose the one that you are interested in. If you run behind highly paid branch, for which you have less interest you might perform better , but if the same effort you would have indulge in the field you are truly interested you would perform the best . And likewise you will be paid the highest .

So you should find your Interest .
