Hello student that's depend on student capabilities if you believe that you can do both groups together then your should gor for it undoubtedly but Genrally student prefer to do both group separately as the syllabus is very much in less time.

The pass percentage of students who appeared for both groups are less that's why I personally suggest you to appear in both groups separately because it's better to study two things separately than study two thing more than one time.
