Did you mean BPharm and BSc Biotechnology? 

Both the fields are good in their own way. Depends on what you are interested in. BSc biotechnology is a field of applied biology in which you study living organisms, genetics, biostatistics, plant and animal physiology etc. Bpharm is more similar to medical as you will study drugs and medicines, medicinal chemistry etc. 

Scope is good in both fields, however, bpharm has more prospects in India currently. Biotech is a growing field. BSc biotech is a 3 year course whereas Bpharm is a 4 year course.
