Honestly, it's not about which course is better but what your preference is. Choosing a course that you don't like to study is not a smart idea. That being said, business administration is a popular course with good prospects. ... Both are different field of study.BBA is a commerce degree whereas bsc is a science stream.
It depends on your interest and also the college which you are applying to.
If you are neutral about your interest, and is looking for job only, then look at the colleges which offer better placements.
BBA is a commerce degree while BSc(CS) is a technical degree. The job opportunities are good for both. However again as I said you should look at the what kind of jobs you would want to do in future and then decide for any of them. Some examples for BBA jobs would be marketing, advertising, sales, operations, banking jobs etc. while what BSC includes depends on the branch you choose in BSC.
Whichever you choose give your best and the prospects will become much higher. However first think about your area of interest, talk to as many people as you can from these industries, and based on that take a call. Because after few years of job you wouldn't want to be dissatisfied with what you do. All the best.
