In my opinion Burdwan Medical College is better as it is a government college and an old one. Students get to learn from a wide variety of patients in huge numbers. On the downside Burdwan Medical College is located away from the city so the ambience will be more of a town.
Sagore Dutta Medical College on the other hand does not offer so many patients. It has been recently constructed and there have been some discrepancies about the seats there as well. On the upside it is situated in the city and the infrastructures are better looking. The city life can be enjoyed from this college.
Analysing all the above points you may choose between the two colleges.
