Greetings! CSE from Somaiyaa is better than EE from VJIT in terms of placement and  infrastructure . All other aspects are of comparable level.

Placement wise VJTI is better. 
But I would also like to say that placement also depends on how you have studied in college, what all your interests were and how effectively you have worked in fields of your interests ( In Technical terms). VJTI's role in placement will be that they will bring a lot of companies for you. And will you be able to crack the interview solely depends on you. it will be wrong if we say that you will get better placement only if you get VJTI.
If you work efficiently you will surely get better placement ( off campus may be sometimes ).
