Both IITs and IIITs are good for pursuing CSE stream as it is one of the most fascinated stream among Engineering Aspirants.This stream filled first during counseling.IIIT Hyderabad is high ranked Institute and know for specialisation in CSE as IIIT known for CSE AND IT and in the list of IIITs IIIT Hyderabad occupies top position.If your score enough in JEE MAINS to secure seat in IIIT HYDERABAD then you should go with it.Otherwise if you are getting CSE stream in top IITs(IIT BOMBAY,IIT DELHI,IIT MADRAS,IIT KANPUR,IIT BHU) then you must go with IIT.
