I need you to know that there are pros and cons for both. Talking based on the stream, if you are interetesed in computer programming language and the subject please choose CSE wherever the campus is, else if you are a student who not that interetsed in computers then take ECE.

Now, talking about the placements, the companies hiring CSE students will also hire ECE students. There is alot of competetion for placement as you know, not everyone passing out from the college will get placed. Placement companies for both are preety good companies, theres not much of a difference.

Talking about infrastructure, according to my knowledge the chennai campus has beautiful infrastructure, a good library and hostel facilities.
