Hi Aspirant,
Being an Indian, it would be far easier to become an Aeronautical Engineer from ISRO than NASA.
Both of the institutions gives preference towards their own countrymen first. Do not forget, ISRO even though started much late has almost reached the same level as of NASA or even surpassed it in few sectors.
