Among the two options that you have, Balaji Law College is the better one. The infrastructure there is excellent, the faculty is well qualified and knowledgeable. Though majority of students prefer higher studies over campus placements, top law firms of the country do visit the college for recruitment. The college is not very strict too. 

DY Patil is an average choice- the Pune college is not as reputed as the Mumbai one.
