This is the most common question with only one answer. The best among the three entrance is of course JEE Advanced followed by JEE Mains
By clearing advanced you can get into best institutes for engineering that are IITs. Apart from it you may also get IISc or IISERS . Mains is helpful for admission in NITs and IIITs and also many good college in gujrat like NIRMA or DAIICT.

JEE Mains is the entrance examination for admisison to State Government run Engineering Colleges, Private Engineering Colleges and NITs, IIITs and GFTIs. JEE Advanced is the entrance examination for admission to IITs alone. So it depends on your Target Colleges. If you do want to study in IIT, you have to appear for JEE Advanced. To qualify for JEE Mains, there is no minimum aggregate criteria. But if you want to join NITs, IIITs or CFTIs then you should appear for JEE Mains. And then to appear for JEE Advanced which is the gateway for admission to IITs, you should score more than 85 percentile in JEE Mains.
