Hii dear, 

If i take academics and crowd of students into consideration, then both the colleges stands equally.

Faculty wise, both the college are equally good as the faculty for Delhi University is distributed centrally.

The difference between the college is just that Motilal Nehru College is a South campus college and PGDAV is offcampus  you can go by this difference because South campus college are considered more better and has more ranking and reputation than offcampus colleges. 

Also based on your commutation facility you should decide your college,.
