Hello Aspirant,  There are so many websites from which you can learn Artifical Intelligence free of cost. But After completion you have no certificate to show that you have completed your course. So I suggest you to join your course from NPTEL. If you want to get the certificate then you have to give the exam and for the exam you have to paid otherwise without exam it is free of cost.
