Both of the career paths have their own advantages. What you want to pursue depends on what you want to do in the future. And it completely depends on the aspirant how he or she performs during the course.

B.Tech is Bachelors of technology and is a professional engineering  undergraduate degree. It is for the duration of 4 years. B.Tech can be pursued in various fields such as Information Technology, mechanical Engineering, Civil engineering etc. This course is Designed to lay importance to the application and the practical aspect of the field.

After B. Tech you can go for M.Tech or for jobs like operation Analyst, plant engineers, Quality control technician, etcetera.

B.Sc on the other hand is a 3 year undergraduate program and it grooms the students for various government sector, private sector, Software development and offers in industry. This stream provides in-depth knowledge of a particular subject. It provides incredible level of exposure to the scientific approach of the subject.

After a Bsc degree you can aim for positions like Software engineers, Financial Officers, Professional service Consultants.
