Hello Aditi,

The fees for private medical colleges hiked up last year when they were forced to take admission through NEET and not through ‘donations’. But this time Supreme Court has given a very good decision asserting that all medical colleges in India whether they are private or govt have to give their detailed fees to counselling comittee and students would have to give a demand draft to counselling comittee itself so that in future, no confusion and malpractice takes place. I would here give u details of some selected private medical colleges of India.

KMC MANIPAL : Rs 857000 pa

COMEDK COLLEGES : Something around 250000-350000

MAHATMA GANDHI MC JAIPUR: Rs 600000 pa (u also need to pay a bank security of 30 lacs)

ST JOHN’S MC BANGALORE: Rs 253,130 pa.

Hope it helped
