Generally Optionals like Anthropology, Sociology and Public administration is considered to be having less syllabus compared to all others and it's study material is also easily available.

However, If you have interest in your Graduation subjects then it can also serve as a nice optional subject for you, as most of the topics would have been covered during your graduation.
