if you want to clear neet,then your main focus should be on ncert textbooks as most of the questions will be asked from it so go through your ncert textbooks first,after that you should go with allen package as they are more precise and you will also find previous year questions in that so allen package is a better option but for practicing more  questions you can also try the back end questions of aakash package.i hope this information helps you.
