First of all none of the college will give you guarantee for giving Computer Science Branch. It totally depends on the number of applicants and the rank scored by them. Also private institutions which take admission on the basis of JEE Mains rank have a proper counselling process via which admissions are done. You will not be getting CSE by just visiting the college and asking the for it unless you pay huge donation amount. Try to appear for private institutions entrance examination as well.
