Since you do not hold the domicile of karnataka you wont be able to apply for governmemt quota seats in private medical colleges. These seats are only for the candidates having the state domicile. 

The only way through which you can apply os via management quota. For this you need to directly contact the college concerned. 

And regarding deemed colleges there are high chances of getting a seat in good colleges. I shall attach a link below for help:
