In general there are no specific problem regarding the Roll Number 1 academically. But yeah! It would be probable that you will be allotted the 1st bench seat in examination, you may be asked for the Viva before everybody else etc. Now this isn't a problem if you have good preparation. So don't worry much but with time you will get used to everything. Enjoy your engineering life.
