Respected sir,
According to SC it is really a good score and as far as i know you will get some good PSUs and you will get admission in good NIT and IIT college also.
If you won't get admitted in any PSU i will suggest you sir to go by IIT.
Because if you will study for two years you wont have to spent much money and after that you will have a master degree also.
Rest is your choice but i will only suggest you not to waste your one year
