Amit, there are no Private Medical Colleges in Jharkhand. The participating Institutions in Jharkhand State NEET counselling are:

Rajendra Institute of Medical Sciences
Mahatma Gabdhi Memorial Medical College
Patliputra Medical College

And for admission to these Colleges as you belong to Bihar, you need to participate in 15% All India Counselling.
