Many books have come up in the recent years as the question banks for NEET and other Medical Entrance Exams. You can actually pickup anyone amongst the biggest brands and continue with the preparations.

1. MTG.
2. Arihant
3. Cengage ( NEET Edition )

These are some of the books whose questions seem to be at par with the level amongst those in actual NEET.
Apart form this it's advisable for a students to enroll in a Test Series because such tests would help you to have a grip over the time and as well as assess your preparation at an All India level.

Preparing for neet, the main thing you need to do is read NCERT line by line. All of the paper comes from NCERT. 

Now about the question banks, you can try modules of various coaching such as Akash. Or you could buy all subjects books for neet by any good author that is available by your nearest stationary. And abovr all, do not forget to do last 10 years neet question paper.
