Now coming to your second question, for pursuing medicine abroad after MBBS, you can give the following exams:-

USMLE for residency in US

PLAB for residency in UK

For admission in Germany, a minimum of B2 qualification in German language along with an observership in a German hospital and recommendation letters and finally clearing Kenntnisprufung Exam

Students can also apply for residency in Australia and Singapore through similar routes
