It  depends on the course you want to take admission in. Besides this it also depends on your category (SC and ST as well as EWS students get concession in fees).

In general, to get a free seat in Andhra Pradesh you must have a very high rank (Unlike Telangana). You  need to get a rank below 10 in the department of your choice (lets say ECE or CSE). This fee reimbursement is on the tuition fees and not the hostel/library/mess/other fees (which actually amount to way more than the tuition fees).
