The rank considered will be according to the category which you have filled the application form and verified documents of during the counselling.
If you are sc and have all the valid documents of it, your category rank will be taken into consideration while admission and the seats will be filled accordingly.
whereas the general rank states your all india rank (AIR).

However as you know  cutoff changes every year depending on various factors like difficulty level of the exam questions , number of candidates appearing and the recent COVID19 crisis etc.
