The seat allotment depends upon many factors like category, rank, etc. The cutoffs changes from year to year and this depends upon category, quota etc.

obviously your category rank will be considered as all the seats in a particular branch are divided into different categories percentage wise

50% home state and 50 % other state 

in the 50% half will be general ,14% quota for girl (so girl rank also is considered)

means if you are sc girl and other state you will be considered for other state sc female seat.
