if you want to know about criteria in top information service companies like tcs, infosys, cognizant, accenture, capgemini, mind tree etc all have 60% marks criteria. if you dont have 60% marks in 10+2 you are not eligible for those companies. however almost all government psus needs 60% marks in all course.

you can go for startup companies where they need only your talents and not the marks criteria.
