As you are talking about the most demanding branch that is computer science and engineering. Considering this both the specialisations are very good as well as demanding. Both works differently. Cloud computing is all about cloud storage and information and space management whereas in Machine learning you have to study the formal languages and programming. But there are also other specialisations which are interesting. You may choose the one you like.
