Hi . The best government engineering college in Bihar is obviously IIT,Patna but if you are asking about the state government then it has to be Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology(MIT Muzaffarpur). And in Himachal Pradesh , it will be Jawaharlal Nehru Government Engineering College(JNGEC).
