All states boards are equally good for 10+2 and all are equally valid and recognised.
But when it comes to neet preparation then one problem which states board students face is the difference in the syllabus of neet and syllabus of boards as neet follows ncert syllabus but state boards have their own syllabus i.e state boards don't follow ncert curriculum.

But Cbse board follows ncert curriculum and neet also has ncert syllabus, so the best option for you is to do your 10+2 from cbse board
